By using Essensos Private Limited’s services, you agree to these terms. All services are provided as per agreed proposals or invoices. Payments must be made on time. All content, work, and materials created by Essensos remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or misuse.

These terms are governed by Indian law.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only if services have not started or in case of duplicate/incorrect payment. No refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed services, customized work, or consulting services. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email. If cancelled before work begins, limited administrative charges may apply. No refunds are applicable once services have started. Subscription or retainer services require 30 days’ prior notice.
